If I could start my 20s over, I wouldn’t do more. I’d do less, faster, and with a hell of a lot more clarity. Here’s what I wish I knew at 19: 1. Income solves more problems than mindset. You can journal and meditate all day, but if you’re broke, your nervous system is in survival mode. The first goal should be getting your money right. Then you can start worrying about “alignment.” 2. High-value skills > multiple side hustles. Don’t try to be the person doing 10 different things. Pick one skill. Get paid. Then stack the next. My income didn’t explode because I did more, it exploded when I went deep and focused on one thing. 3. Your circle is everything. The biggest shortcut in life is who you hang around. Get in the room with people who are also building and maybe even people you can build WITH if it aligns. Your standards will elevate on autopilot. 4. Take your body seriously. No one talks about this enough. When you eat like shit and feel like shit, you make broke decisions. Discipline in your fitness spills into discipline everywhere else. 5. Think long-term. You can either spend your 20s impressing strangers online, or build something real and be free in your 30s. I’m turning 29 in a few weeks with more clarity, money, and peace than I ever thought possible… and none of it came from playing safe.
