High-fiber cereals → Too heavy before racing 🥣 7. High-fat desserts → Cheesecake, pastries = slow carbs 🍰 8. Artificial sweeteners → Laxative effect ⚠️ 9. Protein bars / processed snacks → Bloating & cramps 😬 10. Spicy foods → Heartburn & gut revolt 🌶️ Bonus: Alcohol → dehydration + heart- rate goes up 🍷❌ Send to your tri- buddies ! 24 HOUR RUN COMPLETED ☑️ This was the HARDEST run I’ve ever done many things were against me from the weather being 42 DEGREES, HUMIDITY hitting 80% through the night, parts of the track being WATERLOGGED.☀️💧🌊 No Excuses Just Pride, Passion and Drive‼️ Big Thanks To @underarmourme @uarunning The New Halo Tech Gear was perfect for absorbing the sweat, to keeping me cool, to stopping me from chaffing, couldn’t of picked a better brand to work with‼️ Big Thanks To @fyool.me the Electrolytes not only tasted good but stopped me from cramping up in extreme conditions which shows their products really work‼️ Big Thanks to Paul For The Purified Alkaline Water this also helped me stay hydrated the quality of this water is next level if your still drinking plastic bottled water your finished💦 Big Thanks To My partner for her over care in making sure I was hydrated staying cool and fueld throughout the run 🤍 Big Thanks To All The people that came and supported me in person or just online without everyone above this would have practically been an in possible task.🙏 ILL BE BACK NEXT MONTH FOR A BIGGER AND BETTER CHALLENGE⚒️ LETS GO CHAMPS‼️ #moveyourbody #enjoytheprocess #hybridathlete #trainingforlife #unlockyourpotential

In 2 weeks I’ll be attempting to run for 24 hours on the treadmill at @milehighrunclub 🏃‍♂️ If you take a class anytime between 4:30pm Monday 9/29 and Tuesday 4:30pm 9/30, I’ll be there running with you. Additionally, I will desperately need people to run with me in between classes to keep me from going absolutely insane 🙂 Even if you have 30min to spare sometime in those 24 hours, it will mean a lot to me!! There will also be an opportunity to donate to a nonprofit focused on mental healthcare (more details on that soon!) So exciting! So scary! Can’t wait!

I expected the sold out event to be as described but fortunately there were plenty of tickets going around and @gisellefradd pulled through with the goods. I’m so proud of myself and my friends out there today at @ballaratmarathon What an actual VIBE. Double kudos to my unoffical pacer @kyle_mackay getting through it together and making it fun! Seeing the shit tonne of @the_finishr and @lifehub_geelong crew out there supporting and running was INFUCKINGSANE and deeply moved by the community who show up for each other 😭🥰🥹 You guys kept me moving and coming out with my fastest time ever is such a treat! 💙💙 Double honourable mentions to the @lskd crew out there too! #ballaratmarathon #run #runclub #thefinishr #geelong
