LOW SUGAR HIGH PROTEIN MATCHA BITES These are such a good option if you want something sweet, but still want to keep sugar low and ingredients simple. They’re creamy, satisfying, and the matcha adds a subtle boost 🍵 Ingredients 
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 scoop protein powder
1 chilled can full fat coconut milk, thick part only
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp softened coconut oil
1 to 2 tbsp maple syrup, optional depending on how sweet you like things 
1 cup white chocolate chips
I used Enjoy Life white chocolate which is low in sugar and dairy free Instructions 
Chill the coconut milk overnight if possible. Scoop the thick coconut cream into a food processor.
Add shredded coconut, protein powder, matcha, coconut oil, and maple syrup if using. 
Blend until sticky and well combined. 
Press into a parchment lined pan or roll into bites and freeze for 30 to 45 minutes. 
Melt the white chocolate, drizzle over top, then chill until set. Stay posted for our Valentine’s Day dessert series!

Soak cashews in cold water for 4 hours or overnight. 2. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. 3. Line a 6x8 baking pan with parchment paper. 4. MATCHA PROTEIN BALLS 🍵🤍 My newest obsession… and honestly I’m just calling it, the BEST protein balls I’ve ever made (big call but I stand by it) Soft, sweet, a little earthy from the matcha. 🍵 Ingredients • 1 pkt sugar free biscuits (I use @aldiaustralia ) • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (60g) • 2 tbsp matcha powder (40g) • 1 tin light condensed milk • 150g white chocolate or roughly 1/2 a pkt • 1 tsp wasabi (optional… but trust me 👀) Method • Blend biscuits, matcha + protein powder • Transfer to a bowl and mix through condensed milk (add wasabi here if using) • Mix well, it’ll be thick + sticky • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours • Roll into balls • Coat in melted white chocolate and sprinkle some extra matcha on top Macros (per ball – makes 16) 160 calories 4.1g fat 25.9g carbs 6.2g protein PS: made using my @klevarange MEALiO Hot & Cold Blender, it’s been the top rated for 3 years in a row for a reason 🙌🏼 You can use my code MATCHA on the Kleva website (valid from March 21st – May 21st) if you want to recreate these at home 👀💚
