Para visualizar esses dados complexos, utilizei um mapa de calor, que destaca as diferenças na expressão de genes específicos entre os dois grupos. 🔹Elementos do Mapa de Calor: 🔹Genes: Listados no eixo vertical, cada linha representa a expressão de um gene específico. 🔹Pacientes: Representados no eixo horizontal, cada coluna é um paciente individual. 🔹Escala de Cores: As cores variam de azul a vermelho, indicando níveis de expressão gênica normalizados (Z-score). 🔹O azul representa baixa expressão, enquanto o vermelho indica alta expressão. Esse mapa de calor permite identificar potenciais grupos e genes que podem estar associados à sobrevivência em pacientes com sepse, oferecendo uma visão aprofundada sobre as respostas moleculares à infecção. 📊 Gráfico criado com #pheatmap no R. This #dataviz shows the behavior of the Potomac River using continuous streamflow data (in cfs, or cubic feet per second) from collected at 15-minute intervals at five gages over the course of an event between August 7 through 15, 2024. While this #animation covers a short period in time, it presents numerous possibilities of visualizing river and stream #data that can be explored further. #30DayChartChallenge, smooth category.
