I went home that night and started to write my list. On the list was horseriding. This has been on my list since I was 25. My lovely friends bought this riding lesson for my birthday and today was the day!! My horse was called Diamond and she is huge! I'm not gonna lie. I was terrified. W tej sprawie nie powiedzieliśmy jednak ostatniego słowa, dlatego dołączyliśmy właśnie do ogólnoświatowej Sieci Miast Przyjaznych Starzeniu Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia WHO. Liczba seniorek i seniorów rośnie w większości miast na świecie. Nie inaczej jest i u nas, gdzie ponad 25 proc. gdańszczanek i gdańszczan ma 60 lat i więcej. Dlatego ważne, by rozwijać miasta także przez pryzmat potrzeb i oczekiwań tej grupy mieszanek i mieszkańców.
