Biohacking isn’t real, and it’s probably keeping you fat and out of shape. Listen, I don’t blame you for falling into the biohacking trap. It’s not your fault, but here’s the truth. “Biohacking” is just a fancy term for doing the things that will give you an extra 2% edge, but the truth is, aren’t ready for that. Sounds harsh, but I have good news, and it’s going to save you hundreds of dollars and put time back into your days that you can spend on things you actually want to be doing… Like spending time with your family, enjoying time off from your job, and not obsessing over fitness 24/7. I call it mastering the middle ground. Instead of drinking green juice and cold plunging until your nuts fall off, focus on the simple stuff that will actually move the needle. The secret to getting and staying in shape is not a 2 hour biohacking routine. It comes down to eating less processed foods, prioritizing protein, walking more, resistance training, and not getting trashed on the weekends. That’s it. Once you master the middle ground, you’ll realize that you don’t have to be a “fitness guy” to get in the best shape of your life. You just have to focus on the things that actually work, and stop wasting time on things that don’t. Dm me if you need help escaping the cycle of social media bs and actually want to lose fat. I’ve completed fitness goals that I never thought possible without doing any of the fancy instagram wellness guru practices. I’ve also helped hundreds of people make meaningful change in their health and wellness by taking this very simple approach to eating and training. You don’t need to perennial sun or blast red light into your eye balls every morning. You need to resistance train a few days a week. Go for a walk every day. Eat 80% whole foods. Go to bed and wake up at consistent times. Get your heart rate up a few days a week. Do it for decades. Hope this helps ❤️ #biohacking #healthandwellness #fitness
