I’m going to edit in clips during the silence but as I was editing I was like okay girl let’s go 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Busy Baddie Season 2 drops April 5th! This is the exact schedule workouts I have used to TRANSFORM my body after a spinal fusion and pregnancy BACK TO BACK. So literally had to start back at ground zero. Five workouts a week, five weeks. 25 minutes or less. ✅Two days Full Body (sculpt like you have never done before hence the soul bc they will LIGHT you up) ✅Two Programmed lower body days (that’s what this clip is from) to help you build REAL strength from home ✅One day mobility, yoga OR a slow and spicy core (these change weekly) The goal with the program is to help you LOVE your workout plan, not be overwhelmed by it. I created this plan as a busy mom of two, a business owner and a girlie who wanted soulful workouts WITH result’s without sacrificing my mental health or hours in the gym. Whose ready? We’re hitting 5 full-body movements back to back with zero rest to keep the heart rate up and the muscles working. I’m using 17.5 lb dumbbells and trust me… by the end of this one your heart will be pumping and your muscles will be on fire. Complete each movement straight through, then rest one minute between circuits. In 20 minutes you’ll be sweaty, strong, and DONE. Workouts don’t have to be long to be effective — they just need to be intentional.
