Quante volte ci dicono che se vogliamo vedere i risultati dobbiamo dare sempre il tutto per tutto? Personalmente, me lo sono sentito dire spesso ma, se c’è una cosa che ho imparato nella mia carriera, è che questo metodo non porta da nessuna parte.
Ad insegnarmelo è stata sia l’esperienza personale, ma anche il mondo dello sport (che in modo o nell’altro torna sempre). Vi dico solo un nome: Carl Lewis, conosciuto come "Figlio del Vento". Un atleta che si è distinto per le sue vittorie, ma soprattutto per il modo con cui le otteneva.
Tutto si basa su una semplice regola, e ve ne parlo in questo video💪🏻

HOThe Houston Art Car Parade brought back its massive street party this week, drawing hundreds of thousands of spectators.
More than 250 vehicles, redesigned as everything from rollerskates to lawnmowers, rolled down Allen Parkway decked out in styles made by artists across the country Saturday.
This year's parade, the 38th, was organized by the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art, and nine-time Olympic gold medalist and University of Houston alumnus Carl Lewis served as grand marshal.

NII had the honor of attending a remarkable event hosted by the 🧑🍳 Cuisiniers de France (MCF), a prestigious culinary association dedicated to showcasing the excellence, creativity, and heritage of French gastronomy. The event took place at the luxurious five-star The Post Oak Hotel in Uptown Houston.
Additionally, I had the incredible opportunity to meet the legendary Carl Lewis, the American former track and field athlete who earned nine Olympic gold medals, one silver medal, and ten World Championship medals, including eight golds…
After a wonderful conversation with Mr. Lewis, I must say he is not just a legendary athlete but also an incredible source of energy and positivity. 🙏🏾
We decided to add some fun to the moment by singing our National Anthem together. 👏🏾👏🏾😅 I had to stand on my tiptoes just to fit into this clip!

It was my first time at the @hc_hsa Houston Sports Awards and they did not disappoint! Loved seeing @chineduogu and @danielgoterasports up on stage, as well as catching up with @rmwalsh1836, @lenadtv, @rekhatv, @nbadlani and so many of my @kprc2 faves.
Lance McCullers absolutely killed it as emcee … oh, and did I mention Lance Berkman, Cynthia Cooper and Warren Moon were all inducted into the Houston Sports Hall of Fame?!! And I got to meet Carl Lewis??! I am going to be riding this high for weeks! 🤩
