What you’ll need: ✨ Fat free cottage cheese - 2 tbsp ✨ Eggs - 2 large ✨ Garlic powder - ¼ tsp ✨ Dried oregano - 1 pinch ✨ Kosher salt - 1 pinch ✨ Black pepper - 1 pinch ✨ Cooking spray - 4 sprays ✨ Light cheddar cheese - 4 tbsp, divided How to make it: 1. In a small blender, puree the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until well mixed. 2. Lightly coat plates of mini waffle maker with the cooking spray. Add 1 tbsp of cheese to bottom plate. Spoon half of egg mixture into waffle maker. Top with another 1 tbsp of cheese. Close waffle maker and cook 2 to 4 minutes, until the top lifts easily. Transfer waffle to a plate. 3. Repeat with remaining ingredients. ✨ 243 calories + 24 g protein + 5 g carbs + 0 g fiber + 14 g fat + 1 g sugar = 2 Points for 2 mini waffles

INGREDIENTS: *Recipe is for a mini dash* Waffles- 1 large egg, separated -1/4 tsp salt -1/8 tsp cream of tartar -1 cup almond flour -1/4 cup powdered sugar substitute -1 tsp baking powder -1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk -3 tbsp butter, melted -1 tsp vanilla extract Cinnamon “sugar” coating- -1/3 cup granular sugar substitute -2 tsp cinnamon -1/4 cup butter, melted DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 200F. 2. In a large bowl, whisk egg, salt, cream of tartar, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix in almond flour, sugar substitute, and baking powder. 3. Pour batter in mini dash and cook waffles. 4. Once cooked, place in the oven for 15-20 mins to crisp up. 5. When they’re done, break waffles into sections. 6. For the cinnamon sugar coating, mix sugar substitute and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. 7. Brush each section with melted butter and dip in cinnamon mixture. 8. I melted some no sugar added dark chocolate to dunk them in! Enjoy😋

These tips help me make a "perfect" Chaffle. ✔ I add my cheese to a cold waffle iron and press into all the bottom grooves, layer my ingredients and then power it on. ✔If possible, use preshredded cheese. I know it's not ideal as I normally shred off the block, but that just doesn't seem to work for Chaffles. ✔Allow the chaffle to cool in the waffle iron before removing. This helps it harden up a bit. ✔Fold up a paper towel and run it along the edges of the maker while it is cooking to remove excess oils. ✔Cook it a little longer than you think you need to, about 3-4 minutes....and DON'T peek..I know it's hard, but if you open the top too soon, it will stick and pull apart. #chaffle #mushrooms #friedmushrooms #cookinghack #wafflemaker ##kitchenhacks #mini #chaffles #lowcarb #keto ##easyrecipe #easyrecipes #funrecipe
