Today students stepped into the Information Technology Career World, exploring the exciting world of tech through hands-on experiences, live demonstrations, and interactive learning.
Students had the opportunity to connect with incredible partners including HADO USA, From the Mouth of Babes, Inc., and Nova Southeastern University, along with many other organizations sharing insights into today’s fast-growing technology careers.
From virtual reality experiences and VR headsets to learning about emerging tech systems used in today’s workforce, students gained real exposure to the innovation driving the future of IT. 🕶️🚀
This is what CTACE On the Move is all about—connecting students with industry leaders, technology, and real-world career pathways across Broward County.

HICTE Spotlight: Computer Programming 💻
What if you could build the technology people use every day? At High Tech High School, the Computer Programming Major empowers students to turn ideas into real applications while developing the technical and problem-solving skills needed for the future.
Students experience the full process of creating software, from learning programming languages and writing code to debugging and launching projects.
