Pâte à cookie cru :
-3 c.s de farine d’avoine
-1 c.s de poudre de cacahuètes (ou poudre d’amandes/ noisettes)
-2 c.s de fromage blanc
-1 c.c de sirop d’erable
-1 c.s de beurre de cacahuètes
-Environs 1 ou 2 c.s de pépites de chocolat
-2 c.s de lait
-1 pincée de sel
Pour le topping :
-1 filet de beurre de cacahuètes
-2 carrés de chocolat noir
-quelques cacahuètes
La recette des gaufres de lentilles corail :
- 250g de lentilles corail
- 1 c.c de curry
- Sel / poivre
- 50 g de farine
- 2 œuf

Poisson Cru Tahitian Poke Bowl
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh bluefin tuna
½ cup coconut milk
1 lime, juiced
½ cucumber, diced
½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ carrot, julienned
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked white rice or sticky rice, for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the tuna: Cut fresh tuna into small bite-sized cubes. Place in a medium bowl and chill while prepping the veggies.
Add coconut milk, chopped veggies, lime juice and salt/pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for about 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
To serve: spoon the chilled poisson cru over a bed of rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
