I still can’t wrap my head around how Nvidia saw this whole “AI layered over games” concept and seriously thought—yeah, this is the future of gaming. Whether people like it or not, this is clearly the direction they’re pushing toward, branding it as neural rendering with DLSS 5. The demos they showed instantly reminded me of those AI filter edits slapped on top of GTA V clips, except now they claim it can run live in real time, which is honestly wild but also kinda concerning. Maybe there’s tech potential here, but right now it just doesn’t feel right visually. It loses that raw, authentic game look and replaces it with something that feels artificial and off.
