But here’s why I go there: the tongue gives the brain a crap ton of sensory and motor input from inside the mouth, and when that input gets clearer, the jaw does not have to grip so hard to feel stable, along with the surrounding muscles as well.
Sometimes the fastest way to calm jaw tension, neck pain or shoulder stiffness is to change what the nervous system is getting from the mouth, not just pulverize the jaw muscles wit deep manual therapy. Although that can feel amazing and painful and amazing and painful 😂
So yes, tongue Figure 8s on the roof of the mouth.

OGMy journey to success is one for the books 📚💫. Here’s how it went down:
1. I took a leap of faith, stepping into the unknown with a grand total of $150 in my pocket 💸. The USA was my new home, and I was ready to make it work.
2. Navigating life in a new world wasn’t easy 🌎. There were times when everything seemed impossible, and the weight of uncertainty felt crushing. But I refused to let it define me.
