I wasn’t going to share this but it’s what we had for dinner lol. Anyways here is the recipe! Chicken • 1 lb chicken thighs, thinly sliced • 1/2 cup soy sauce • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp pepper • Oil or cooking spray Add chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and pepper to a bowl. Let sit 5 minutes while you heat a skillet with oil or cooking spray. Add chicken in a single layer and cook over medium about 3 minutes until dark and caramelized. Flip and cook another 2 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan. Sauce • Leftover marinade • 1/4 cup brown sugar • 1 tbs cornstarch • 1/4 cup water Add leftover marinade to the skillet with brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Turn heat to high and bring to a bubble. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth, then stir into the sauce. Reduce heat to low and let thicken about 30 seconds. Add chicken back in and toss to coat. Steak and potatoes is a classic but why not try this creamy broccoli parmezan orzo instead? 🥦🥩 Ingredients: - olive oil - 1 onion, diced - garlic - steaks of choice, I did sirloin filets - salt & pepper - broccoli, chopped - dried oregano - dried basil - dried thyme - 2 cups orzo - 3 cups chicken broth - 1 cup heavy cream - butter - fresh rosemary - grated parmesan - fresh parsley Instructions: - heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant - add in broccoli and seasonings, cooking for 1 minute - mix in orzo, cook for another minute, then stir in chicken broth and heavy cream - cover with a lid, lower heat, and simmer 10 minutes until orzo is cooked through - remove lid and mix in parmesan and fresh parsley - heat olive oil in a separate cast iron pan and sear all sides of steak until crispy brown crust forms - lower heat, add butter and rosemary to pan, spooning melted butter over steaks and cooking until desired internal temp/pinkness #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #steakdinner #dinnerrecipe #easydinnerideas

fancy hamburger helper🤪 IYKYK — this one pot lasagna is SO yum😋🍝👩🏼‍🍳 what you’ll need: 1-2lbs ground beef (I like using 2 for more protein) 1 jar of marinara sauce 1 cup of onion diced 1 14oz can of diced tomatoes 1 32oz container of beef broth Spoonful of garlic Onion powder(measure w your heart for seasonings !!) Garlic powder Italian seasoning Salt and pepper Can add some cajun seasoning and chili flakes if you want spice 16oz heavy cream 10-12 lasagna noodles broken up Directions: 1.) sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil 2.) cook beef and drain the grease (I just use paper towels lol) 3.) add in your marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, and seasonings 4.) stir and cook on medium for an hour 5.) add in heavy cream and lasagna noodles 6.) cook for another 30 minutes or until your noodles are done (stir frequently so noodles don’t stick to bottom) 7.) top w/ whatever toppings you like — I use ricotta 👩🏼‍🍳 #onepotlasagna #easydinner #dinnerrecipe

Preheat oven to 425 and cook sweet potato cubes for 27 mins. When they come out let cool and then toss them with truffle oil and salt. 2. Season steak with salt and pepper and cook on cast iron pan 4 mins per side. Let rest for 10 mins before cutting. 3. Cut 1 avocado into cubes and season with salt. 4. Prepare the chimichurri sauce for the steak with parsley, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes and a splash of red wine vinegar. 5. Prepare bowls with sweet potato cubes, steak, spicy pico and avocado and drizzle the chimichurri sauce onto the steak Let me know if you try it, it’s sooo good! #dinnerrecipe #cooking #dinnerinspo #healthydinnerideas

Dumb Dinners, Episode 22: Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Bake What you’ll need: 1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits (16.3 oz, 8 count) 1 rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked shredded chicken (about 2 cups shredded) 1 bag baby spinach (5 oz) 1 jar alfredo sauce (15 oz) 1 bag shredded whole milk mozzarella (8 oz) ½ packet Hidden Valley ranch seasoning How to make it: Spray a 9x13 dish Cut biscuits into pieces, layer across the bottom Add shredded chicken Add spinach Sprinkle ranch seasoning Pour alfredo over everything, give it a shake Stir gently Top with mozzarella Bake at 350° for 36-40 min Let it sit 5 min That’s it. Creamy Angel Hair Pasta🤤 ⬇️RECIPE⬇️ This easy creamy angel hair pasta will become a family side dish favorite! You will love how rich and creamy the pasta is and it takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. Full recipe writeup: https://moderncrumb.com/creamy-angel-hair-pasta/ 🛒INGREDIENTS 8 oz angel hair dry pasta 3 tbsp butter, salted 3 garlic cloves, minced ¼ tsp Italian herb seasoning ½ tsp chicken better than bouillon 1 c heavy cream ½ c parmigiano reggiano, grated ¾ c milk ½ tsp salt Pepper, a pinch Optional: parsley, chopped 📖INSTRUCTIONS Boil a large pot of water, add a few pinches of salt. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and Italian herb seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until it smells fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken better than bouillon, salt and pepper. Bring the heat up to medium and stir until steam starts to form. Add the fresh grated parmigiano reggiano. Stir until it starts to thicken then reduce the heat to med/low and continue stirring an additional 5 minutes. It should thicken up quite a bit. Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling water. Cook until the pasta is al dente. Before draining the pasta, scoop out ¼ cup of starchy pasta water. Start adding in the milk ¼ cup at a time, stirring to mix. It will get thinner, this is what you want. Do this over low heat. Add drained angel hair pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta. 📝NOTES Timing: You want to time it out so that the pasta is ready to be drained as the same time that you have just finished adding in the milk and at the last stage of getting the sauce ready. Pasta Water: Optionally you can add in some of the starchy pasta water. You can use it to thin out the sauce just a tad if needed. Cheese: It’s necessary to use fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese. #Pastarecipes #angelhairpasta #dinnerrecipe #pasta #sidedishrecipe

Add taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside. 2) Roast or air fry sweet potatoes until fork-tender. I cooked mine in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 13 minutes with avocado oil spray and seasonings. 3) Start with a base of cooked sweet potatoes, then add a generous scoop of cottage cheese. 4) Top with the taco-seasoned beef and sliced avocado. 5) Finish it off with hot honey and hot sauce for that sweet-spicy kick.
