AP🚨 Read This Before You Claim Foreign Work Experience
Most applicants don’t lose PR because they lack experience.
They lose it because they misunderstand how it is counted.
Foreign work experience does not expire in 3 years.
That rule applies only to Canadian work experience for CEC.
Foreign experience can be counted from the last 10 years for CRS points.
But here is where people quietly damage their application.
Points and eligibility are not the same thing.
You may receive CRS points for combined experience.
Yet under FSW, you still need one full year of continuous foreign work experience just to qualify.
Same profile.
Different rule.
Very different outcome.
This single misunderstanding changes eligibility, score, and invitation chances.
If you are combining old and new experience, guessing about gaps, or unsure about your NOC continuity, review it properly before submitting.
