قف خلف الشخص: لُف ذراعيك حول خصره وأمِله قليلاً للأمام.
حدد النقطة: اصنع قبضة بيدك وضع جهة "الإبهام" فوق سرة البطن مباشرة (تحت عظمة القفص الصدري).
أحكم القبضة: أمسك قبضتك بيدك الأخرى بإحكام.
الضغط الانفجاري: اضغط بقوة وسرعة للداخل وللأعلى (كأنك تحاول رفع الشخص) حتى يخرج الجسم الغريب.
⚠️ أخطاء شائعة تجنبها:
الضغط على العظام: لا تضغط على عظمة الصدر أو الأضلاع؛ الضغط يجب أن يكون في منطقة البطن اللينة.
التردد: الضغط يجب أن يكون قوياً ودفعياً (Thrusts) وليس مجرد ضغطة بسيطة.
إهمال الاتصال: إذا فقد الشخص وعيه، توقف فوراً وابدأ بالإنعاش القلبي الرئوي (CPR) واتصل بالطوارئ.

كطالب طب أو ممارس صحي، الـ CPR مش مجرد خطوات بنحفظها للامتحان، هي المهارة اللي بتفصل بين الحياة والموت في ثوانٍ
معدودة. رغم إن الهدف واحد، إلا أن التفاصيل الصغيرة بتصنع الفرق الكبير:
🔹 الرضيع (Infant): التركيز على إصبعين فقط، والعمق لا يتجاوز 4 سم.
🔹 الطفل (Child): استخدام يد واحدة أو اثنتين حسب الحجم، مع ضغط أعمق قليلاً (5 سم).
🔹 البالغ (Adult): كامل قوة الجذع بيدين متشابكتين، بعمق يصل لـ 6 سم وبتردد (100-120) ضغطة في الدقيقة
⚠️ تذكر دائماً:
الخطأ في "التكنيك" أو "العمق" ممكن يسبب إصابات داخلية أو يخلي عملية الإنعاش غير فعالة.

Have you ever broken your nose?
I felt an instant crunch. Saw stars. Grabbed an ice pack. Blood running down the back of my throat & out my nose.
And immediately my brain went..
I need to go to hospital.
How am I going to drive myself there?
My best friend’s out of town.
Who’s looking after Dad?
I have to cancel my pop-up exercise class.
I didn’t do any of those things.
First aid trained. Raised by a nurse. I iced it for 20 minutes. I dodged black eyes. Nose is crooked & sore. But I’m absolutely fine. Just need to… slow down a bit.
It’s wild I even have this footage, I was filming B-roll for BTS, showing me setting up for that class. The trolley flicked back at me when I dropped the heavy crate which was loaded with weight plates & gym gear.
One of my favourite things about ADHD? I am calm in a crisis.
Can’t reply to a DM & avoid emails like my life depends on it.
But give me a high stress situation where I have to think clearly, problem-solve, and keep a situation steady? I’m your girl.

BOMost people don’t realize how dangerous it can be to move someone who is unconscious.
The biggest risk isn’t what you can see — it’s what you can’t. A person who has collapsed may have a spinal injury, head trauma, or internal bleeding. Moving them the wrong way can turn a survivable situation into permanent damage.
That’s why the first rule in first aid is simple: don’t move them unless there is immediate danger like fire, traffic, or collapse.
The priority is assessment. Check for response, then check breathing. If they’re breathing normally, place them gently in the recovery position to keep the airway open and prevent choking — without unnecessary movement.
If they’re not breathing, the situation changes. Oxygen becomes the priority, and CPR should begin immediately while emergency help is called.
It’s not about acting fast — it’s about acting correctly.
Safety note:
Only move an unconscious person if absolutely necessary, and always keep the head, neck, and spine aligned.
