How to do a Face Pull the right way 🎯 This is one of the best exercises for building strong shoulders, improving posture, and keeping your joints healthy ..especially if you train a lot of push movements. Here’s how to perform it correctly: 1️⃣ Set up: Attach a rope to a cable machine at face height. Grab both ends and step back until you feel tension. 2️⃣ Body position: Stand tall, brace your core, and keep your chest up. Shoulders stay down and relaxed. 3️⃣ Pull: Drive your elbows back and out as you pull the rope toward your face. Split your hands at the end so the rope clears both sides of your head. 4️⃣ Squeeze: Pause and squeeze your rear delts and upper back for 1–2 seconds before slowly returning to the start. 5️⃣ Avoid: Using momentum. 💡 Pro tip: Go lighter and focus on feeling your rear delts. Control > ego weight.
