Ingredients:

Cornflour
Maida (all-purpose flour)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Oil (for frying)
Step-by-Step Process:
Open the FreshCon pre-boiled sweet corn pack, wash the corn, and transfer it to a bowl.
Add cornflour, maida, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything well until the corn is evenly coated.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
Fry the corn until it turns golden and crispy.

SEBLOATED! 😱
( NOTE: Finally on 15th Nov I got a phone call from @freshconindia and offered to issue a replacement for the bloated pack. Appreciable gesture )
Bought a bunch of these after trials. They all tasted very good.
In the last set of purchased packs one Kabuli Chana pack was BLOATED.
As per company’s instructions it is to be discarded and not used.
My troubles began after reporting the matter to company. They wanted the order number details, which I provided. More than a week nothing happened.
Raised complaint in Instagram messages. Answer came from BOT- a ridiculous reply.
Wrote review. With details of photos , video.
Reply mail came asking me to contact them in What’s App with details.
It isn’t worth taking all the troubles I thought.
Getting back to trusted old method of soak & cook fresh.
95% dissatisfied customers do not complain. They just stop using the brand.
I join the 95% belatedly. Anyone had similar experience?

JGQuick and delicious Mexican rice bowl
Ingredients
For herb rice
2 cups steamed rice
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt and per taste
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander
For accompaniments
1 cup each of @freshconindia precooked Rajma, corn and lobia
1 tsp butter each
1 tsp Mexican seasoning each
Salt per taste
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/2 cup cucumber chunks
100 gms paneer cubes
Olive oil 2 tsp
Salt and pepper per taste
1 tsp Mexican seasoning to toss paneer and saute in butter
1/2 avocado sliced
Nachos
For avocado dressing
1/4 avocado
1/2 cu olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Greek yogurt 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper per taste
Grind together into a thin sauce(adjust oil quantity if needed)
