2. One-email pitch after webinars → We'd send everything at once, price, stack, bonuses. Now we split it into 3 emails over 48 hours. Fence-sitters need multiple touches. Backend conversion went from 8% to 23%.

3. Ignoring the confirmation page → Our thank-you page used to just say "thanks." Now it pre-sells the outcome with a 90-second video. Show-up rate jumped from 26% to 47% with this one change.

4. Letting dead leads stay dead → We used to forget people who ghosted. Now we send a "breakup email" 30 days later. One client recovered $147k from a list they thought was worthless.
