A glute + core workout to spice up your nap time✨ Stayed with my family for the week so workouts so home workouts were the go to!! If you’re super short on time (aka me currently in this nap transition..he isn’t used to one nap yet so we are looking at 30 min or it could be two hours!!) the key is keeping rest periods short (instead of counting reps you could also go 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off to keep it high intensity but time efficient) and skip single leg moves and go bilateral (glute bridges, squats, RDLs) can help! You can always adjust your workouts to fit your time (say it’s 15 min!). And if you’re looking for a 30 min or less @thesculptyou home workout-here’s a full leg day! (Rest 1 min between sets!) 3 x 8 glute bridges + 8 single leg glute bridge + pullover 3 x 10 RDL 3 x 10 squat 2 x 8 curtsy lunges each leg 2 x 10 side plank crunch + 10 pulse ❤️
