BASE: 1 scoop whey protein powder 3Tbsp whole grain oats 3/4 cup milk of choice 1 Tbsp healthy fats (chia, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, avocado) 1/2 frozen banana Add water to desired consistency Then add your favourite flavour combos! Whether that's frozen berries, mango and pineapple, or some cacao powder for an antioxidant rich chocolate fix!
