Last month in NYC we spent a few inspiring days immersed in the textile world, learning from industry leaders, reconnecting with partners, and gathering ideas as we start thinking ahead to 2027 fabric developments. Here’s what stood out: @wearepremierevision New York - Big picture thinking around trend direction, AI in design and sourcing, and the evolution of circularity in the fashion space. @texworldnyc NYC- The Ripple Effect presentation by Sharon Graubard was a standout, showing how art, materials, and culture influence what’s next. We also loved exploring the textile trend showcase, which offered a rich look at emerging fabric directions, while the innovation forum highlighted exciting advancements in sustainable textiles. The D&D Building - A textile lover’s dream! Inspiration across 18 floors of showrooms, rich textures, unexpected materials, and beautiful design moments from the interior design world. Visiting the D&D building was really a reminder on how we think about storytelling through textiles. So many ideas and conversations from the past few weeks.
