I made this gummies all the time last year and was craving them again 👇🏻 ✨amazing source of collagen ✨the vitamin C supports collagen production ✨promotes glow supple looking skin ✨tastes delicious Recipe: 1. Squeeze as many pomegranates, oranges & lemons in your pot as you want (or use orange/pomegranate juice) 2. Option to add a dash of vanilla extract and maple syrup for more sweetness 3. Sprinkle 3 tbsp of grass fed beef gelatin in the pot 4. Gently heat up the mixture on very low heat until everything is combined and the mixture is totally liquid (takes ~5min) 5. Strain and pour into your glass tray (or ice cube tray) 6. Let sit in your fridge for 3-4 hours 7. Im starting to believe that anything artificially colored and processed, I can make better and way more nutritious 💁🏼‍♀️ These only require a few ingredients, and have antioxidants, and a protein boost too! For the Berry Gummies •1 cup strawberries (any berries) •1/4 cup grass fed beef gelatin •1/2 cup juice. I alternate between organic tart cherry and pomegranate juice; both high in antioxidants For the Orange Mango Gummies •1 cup mango •1/4 cup grass fed beef gelatin •1/2 cup orange juice -Purée fruit with a little bit of the juice if needed -Create your gelatin "bloom" by mixing gelatin and juice in a bowl. After a few minutes it will appear more gelatinous -Put purée fruit on stovetop and warm until bubbling. Then add gelatin bloom and stir until dissolved -Pour into silicone molds of choice, and refrigerate 1-2 hours until gummy consistency -Keep stored in the fridge!

Homemade Vegan Gummies 😍💓 These healthier, vegan gummies are honestly so easy, satisfying and fun to make 🫶🏻 I’ll link the agar agar powder I’m using in my stories 😊 Recipe - this makes A LOT so halve the recipe if you want ❤️ - 600ml pure fruit juice - I used pomegranate plus a splash of beetroot for a rich colour (but I’d avoid the beetroot next time as it’s strong tasting 🥴) - 1-2 tbsp sweetener such as maple syrup - optional - 5 tsp agar agar powder 1. Add the juice, sweetener (if using) and agar agar powder to a pan and bring to boil - 5 mins. Boil for 1 minute. 2. Remove from heat and let cool 5-10 mins before pouring into a mould (place the mould on a plate before hand - this makes it easier to transfer into the fridge) 3. Let them set in the fridge for 20-25 minutes. Clean and dry the strawberry, then cut the tops off. 2. Add the strawberries to a food processor along with the juice of 2 lemons, honey, elderberry syrup, and water. 3. Blend until super smooth and measure your mixture. 4. For every 1 cup of blended strawberry mix you have, use 1 teaspoon of agar agar. I had close to 1.5 cups so I used 1.5 teaspoons of agar agar. Add in your agar agar and mix well. 5. Using a syringe, pipe the strawberry mixture into silicone molds.
