✅ Fatigue doesn’t hit you evenly. One partner’s output drops earlier, and then you start paying in no reps, slow reps and panic breaks. How to fix ➡️ let the stronger wall baller take bigger chunks while the other partner only does high quality, fast reps.
✅ No-reps is the real tax. 1 wall ball takes 2-3 seconds for most people. Just 10 no reps = 20-30 extra seconds to your finish time and I’ve seen races where people get 30+ no reps 😭 You don’t just lose reps - you lose rhythm, time, and confidence. How to fix ➡️ the moment you have 2 no reps, it’s time to switch. A well executed switch takes the same time as a slow no rep.
✅ Switches cost time too. Regardless of the previous point made - more swaps = more dead seconds. How to fix: ➡️ If one partner can hold clean sets longer, let them reduce the total number of transitions by doing bigger chunks.
