THThe me from 8.5 years ago would have never imagined the places her journey would lead her.
It’s probably not likely that you will turn into a formula influencer (or maybe you will! It’s wild!) but I DO think it’s likely that you’ll look back in 2 years or 5 or 10 and not feel any guilt about using formula. As you gain distance from the postpartum season, you realize how little your feeding choice matters now that your baby is a thriving toddler, preschooler, elementary schooler or beyond.
My wish for you is to imagine your future self telling your current self that the guilt isn’t worth it.
It’s not worth your time, your energy, your peace.
Future you will know and believe that— current you can too ❤️

Several studies have shown how harmful these oils are (PMID: 28503188, 8432867, 2008870, 10452406, 9488997, 22959954,14288105, 727035, 2643423, 36263326, 23815500, 22959954, 28088621, 23025469)…
I hope that I can work with @robertfkennedyjr to get these harmful oils out of infant formulas…
Replace these oils with animal fats and you will thrive…
