MIFirst on scene: Jet Ski guy (@tatted_titoo) who found the survivor clinging to his ski and called 911—here’s what he remembers from the survivor:
He said: "I’m riding my Jet Ski toward Key Biscayne with my homeboy when I spot a boat going in circles. I told him, “Look at that,” but as we get closer, I see a hand waving in the water. So I head over—the guy’s leg’s gone. He grabs onto my ski and I ask, “You alone?” He goes, “No, my girlfriend—she’s dead.” I was like, “What?” My homeboy rushes to her—she’s just floating there, dead, looks like the propeller got her." @lifestyle_miami
