I have used ready made french fries from @mccainfoods_india
Recipe for creamy sauce topping🧑🍳
For white sauce -
We are going to sauté
Melted butter
2tsp maida
1glass milk
Stir it well to form a creamy smooth texture.
We are now adding some mozzarella cheese,
1tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
Cook it on low flame for 2-3 mins.
For red sauce -
We are going to use half the white sauce,with some
mayonnaise
mustard sauce
Tomato sauce.
Simply Mix it well & your tasty creamy toppings are ready👌🏻
