I love participating in March Matness because it’s like doing a mini book report everyday on the original work of Joseph Pilates. 🤓 For a short book it’s full of twists and turns (pun intended) Day 3 is the Rollover and once again I’m noticing something new. I can’t imagine teaching the rollover in a group setting as indicated “legs spread as far apart as possible” I see some potential problems. Thoughts? #pilates #classicalpilates #marchmatness
