Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 medium sweet Vidalia onions, chopped (about 6 cups)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh chopped fresh parsley, divided
1 ⅓ cups freshly grated gruyere cheese, divided
1 large egg, whisked
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons dijon mustard (I love @mailleus )
1 pound ground chicken
1 ½ cups dried orzo (I love @barillaus 💙)
3 ¼ cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Nonstick cooking spray

Ingredients:
🍔 Smoked homemade Meatballs in sauce
🍔 Spaghetti in sauce
🍔 Parmesan cheese, grated
🍔 Mozzarella cheese, grated
🍔 Parsley, for garnish
🍔 Red pepper flakes, for garnish
Garlic Butter
🧄 2 tbsp butter, melter
🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
🧄 1 tsp dried parsley
*Mix to combine
Directions:
🍝 Preheat @pitbossgrills 350 F.
🍝 Cut out the center of each slider and press down, then pull up to remove.
🍝 Brush the inside with garlic butter and place on grill for about 5-10 minutes.
🍝 Place some spaghetti followed by parmesan cheese, meatball and some sauce into each bread hole. Top meatballs with more sauce and mozzarella.
🍝 Grill for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
