Dense black smoke is now blanketing the skies over Tehran after multiple strikes hit major oil storage facilities in the Iranian capital.
Large fires erupted across several fuel depots, sending towering flames and thick plumes of smoke high into the air and darkening parts of the city. Residents reported the smell of burning fuel lingering across neighborhoods as the smoke spread over the skyline. 
Authorities warned that the fires released toxic pollutants and hydrocarbons, advising residents to remain indoors due to potential health risks from the heavy smoke. 
The attacks targeted several oil storage sites in and around Tehran, triggering massive blazes and adding to the escalating regional tensions. 
This remains a developing situation as emergency crews continue working to contain the fires.
