This is my 6-step reset when I want to feel grounded, clear, and back in my body: 1️⃣ Take 3 slow breaths - in through the nose, long exhale through the mouth 2️⃣ Box breathing: inhale • hold • exhale • hold (4 seconds each) 3️⃣ Write down 3 things you’re grateful for (even tiny ones count) 4️⃣ Visualise how you want to feel this week - not what you want to do 5️⃣ Stretch or move your body for 2 minutes 6️⃣ Smile - your nervous system responds before your mind does ✨ Nothing dramatic.
