KECool, shaded miles to start, followed by a long reset at Kitchen Creek Falls with a foot soak and some trail laundry. Made it into Cibbets Flat Campground and took advantage of another opportunity to recover with cold water.
Simple strategies like this go a long way for managing soreness and staying consistent over multiple days.
Appreciative of the trail community as always. Thank you to Keith for the timely Gatorade and caffeine boost.
