PB cheesecake bowl - recipe below Verse of the day 🙏🏽 proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. Inspo for this was from @ganjagwyn Recipe makes 4 servings. Macros per serving: 301 cals, 32g protein, 8.5g fat, 25g carbs For the bowl add: - 3 cups plain greek yogurt. I used oikos pro which had 33g per cup - 3/4 packet sugar free cheesecake jello mix - 1 scoop peanut butter protein (I use @pescience and you can get 10% off using code allenx) - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 6 tsp Magic shell chocolate - 4 Reese’s thins @oikos @hersheys @pescience @reeses @jello

🎈HEALTHY LUNCH IDEAS - PART 1 This fully loaded slow roasted sweet potato comes in at 450 cals, 40 grams protein, and 33 net carbs and is going to keep you super full and satiated with the slow releasing carbs and all the protein and fiber. If you are watching your carb intake, you can always sub in spaghetti squash, eggplant, or even some zucchini here. Here is how I made it (makes 4 servings) 1.Start by slow roasting 4 medium sweet potatoes on a wire rack at 350°F for 75 mins. Time depends on thickness. These hold up great in the fridge all week, so feel free to make more. 2.Cook up 1 lb lean ground beef (I used 93/7 to be more calorically friendly) in 1/2 tbsp olive or avocado oil. Season it with salt, pepper, and 1 packet of taco seasoning if you want to keep things simple, or season with 1tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp oregano, 1btsp sweet paprika, and 1/2 tsp cumin. 
3.When the sweet potato are done, just let them cool for a minute or two, then fill them up with the following: 1 serving (1/2 cup) of cottage cheese, 4oz of cooked beef, 1/3 small avocado, finely diced red onion, a handful of cilantro, and your favorite sauce. You can use hot sauce, or my everyday cilantro sauce, too. 5.I drizzled some of my Everyday Cilantro Sauce (its on pg 116 of my cookbook, just comment SHREDHAPPENS below and I’ll send you how you can grab it). In a food processor, process a handful of fresh cilantro, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1 jalapeño (remove the seeds if you dont want it too spicy), the juice of 1 large lime, 2tbsp sour cream, 1tbsp olive oil, and 1 tbsp chili lime seasoning. Add a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust salt, lime, or spice as you wish. You can top this with anything you want! If you try it, let me know what you think on SHREDHAPPENS! Wrap the burritos in aluminum foil or put them in an airtight freezer bag 2. Place them in the freezer and keep frozen for up to 3 months Reheating Instructions🔥: 1. Take out a frozen burrito and wrap it in a wet paper towel 2. Microwave it on a plate for 5-6 minutes 3. Toast in a pan or air fry for a few minutes if you like it crispy
