Because when my sellers moved out (under contract!), the neighbor decided it was the perfect time to play “Lumberjack of the Year.”

🪓 Down went the gorgeous tree.
🚫 No permission.
📜 Not their property.
💰 And yes… someone has to pay to replace it.
Spoiler alert:
👉 The sellers didn’t do anything wrong.
👉 The neighbor is pretending it’s no big deal.
👉 The buyers want the tree BACK.
👉 Florida real estate law says the property must remain in the SAME condition as when it went under contract.
So guess what…
A $1,570.88 tree has now become the star of my day.
