But we often think it is reserved for Grannies… just because it is good for all ages- don’t over look it! ⁉️wait - “Who are you and why should I care about your opinions on rebounders. 👋 Let me introduce myself. My name is Becca and I have lost over 90 lbs with a major life overhaul of food, exercise, and mindset! I have been rebounding for over 2 years and it is the only piece of equipment that I use DAILY!! (I have been known to take it on vacation - ask my husband.) 💬comment JUMP and I will send you a link for my favorite beginner rebounder. Read below about why I choose this one! These are the things to know about buying a beginner rebounder… 1️⃣ Bungees over springs. The bungees are so much more quiet than the springs. This is a must if you are in a shared living space, or trying to workout while a baby is napping, or in the early morning before the household is awake! Your family or roommates will thank you! Your roommates will be glad you went with the bungees! 2️⃣Cost - I know it is tempting to get a cheap rebounder because you are just going to ‘try it out’… don’t do it. It’s not rebounding that you won’t like it’s rebounding on a really cheap rebounder that will turn you off of the sport when it’s actually the rebounder itself that you don’t like and not rebounding. Learn from my mistake. I bought the cheapest rebounder. I could find from Walmart… it was in my garbage within the week. Seriously! A good beginner rebounder should cost you somewhere between $100- 150. I know it is tempting to cut costs but don’t do it! Don’t make the same mistake I made. 3️⃣Bar or No bar? I am a big fan of the bar and I use it everyday for specific moves and jumps. I use it often to isolating muscle groups - yes you can build muscle on a rebounder! It is great for balance for beginners also! Make sure you buy one that comes with a bar to ensure that it fits. 🩷give me a follow for more rebounding!

Big movement doesn’t fix traffic jams. Qi gong. Heel drops. Shaking. Vibration plates. Rebounding. All AMAZING for lymph flow. 👏🏼 But here’s the problem most people miss… If your choke points are congested, you’re just pushing more fluid into a backed-up system. Your lymph doesn’t have a heart. It depends on pressure changes and muscle movement to move. When you bounce or shake, you’re increasing pressure gradients and mechanically accelerating lymph flow. But if the main drainage pathways are sluggish? You create more pressure upstream. Think of it like: 🚰 Turning the faucet on full blast …when the drain is partially clogged. That’s why I always say: 👉 Clear the Specific 7 first. • Termini • Tonsillar • Apical • Arm pit • Cisterna chyli • Groin • Knee These are high-traffic intersections. When they’re open, everything downstream moves smoother. Research shows lymph flow increases with skeletal muscle contraction and oscillation-based movement. But flow requires patency of the vessels and functional drainage pathways. Movement helps propulsion it doesn’t fix obstruction. So here’s your order: 1️⃣ Open the choke points (slow, intentional, ~1 pump per second) 2️⃣ THEN bounce, shake, heel drop, or qi gong 3️⃣ Finish by re-clearing your termini Open the drain. Think calisthenics with the help of gravity, without the pounding on the floor or ground. I am 47 years old and joint health is of utmost importance. With proper form and engagement, a person builds strength and muscular definition without the pain and injuries often associated with typical weight training. Your body weight against gravity, where the rebounder absorbs 87% of the impact builds an incredible physique in a very short time. Want to add more weight? Increase the intensity of the down bounce. The rebounder naturally aligns the posture. If my form is slightly off with typical weight training, I have a higher likelihood of injuring myself, compressing my spine and harming my joints that may not be able to carry to load of the weight. Last September, I was beginning to notice some sagging around my jawline! Here I am a little over a year later, and I am noticing the sagging has improved. One of the main reasons I started rebounding was to help my tight neck and shoulders. I never even thought about my jawline being helped by rebounding. At first, the main thing I was thankful for, is it helped lift my mood. I was feeling so much grief from losing my mom. The rebounder somehow helped lift my spirit! Over this past year, my muscles have become firmer too. I love getting my steps in on the rebounder! Typically, I go on the rebounder for about 30 minutes a day. I’m trying now to hop on it throughout the day.
