I use the ReciMe app to save, organize and track all my recipes! #recimepartner #momlife #recipes #dinnertime #lifewithkids #momsofinsta Ingredients: 1 lb pasta (elbow or cavatappi) 2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (we used a cheddar blend and mozzarella) Spices to taste: garlic powder onion powder paprika Packet of chicken bouillon powder (salted or if using unsalted, add salt to pasta) 4 tbsp unsalted butter 1 cup milk 2 cups heavy cream Instructions: Boil pasta in a pot Melt butter in a separate pan, then add spices. Mix on medium low heat for 2-3 minutes Then add milk and heavy cream On low heat add half of the shredded cheese (save other half for later) Once pasta is ready and drained, combine with cheese sauce In an oven baking dish, layer mac and cheese and remaining shredded cheese (layer pasta first, then cheese, pasta again then top with cheese) Bake at 350 in oven for 20 minutes or until the top starts to golden Sides: Ground Meat (or your choice, we used turkey): Fry meat in oil with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder Chicken: we used a prepackaged smoked pulled chicken that I found at Sam's club but you can use a rotisserie chicken and shred it Steamed broccoli florets Fry bell peppers on a pan (optional) Fry mushrooms in butter, add salt and pepper to taste

Cremige Hähnchen-Pasta mit Paprika & Cheddar-Parmesan-Soße Zutaten • 1 kleine orange Paprika • 1 kleine rote Zwiebel • 1 Knoblauchzehe • 500 g Hähnchenfilet • 600 ml Sahne • 200 ml Rinderbrühe • 150 g Parmesan, gerieben • 200 g Cheddar, gerieben • 400–600 g Nudeln • Paprikapulver • Salz • Pfeffer • Tomatensalz (optional) • Öl zum Anbraten Zubereitung 1. Hähnchen vorbereiten Das Hähnchenfilet in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden. Mit Paprikapulver, Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Tomatensalz würzen. 2. Hähnchen anbraten Etwas Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und das Hähnchen kräftig anbraten. Es muss noch nicht komplett durchgegart sein. Anschließend aus der Pfanne nehmen und beiseitestellen. 3. Gemüse anbraten Die Paprika und die Zwiebel klein schneiden und in derselben Pfanne anbraten, bis sie leicht weich werden. 4. Knoblauch hinzufügen Den Knoblauch fein hacken und kurz mit anbraten. 5. Soße ansetzen Mit der Rinderbrühe ablöschen und anschließend die Sahne dazugeben. 6. Hähnchen zurück in die Pfanne Das angebratene Hähnchen wieder in die Soße geben und alles etwa 15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen. 7. Käse einrühren Parmesan und Cheddar unterrühren. Die Soße weitere 10–15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen, bis sie schön cremig und etwas dicker wird. 8. Abschmecken Zum Schluss die Soße nochmal mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. 9. Nudeln unterheben Die gekochten Nudeln direkt in die Soße geben und gut vermengen. Ich habe etwa 400 g Nudeln verwendet. Die Soße reicht aber locker auch für bis zu 600 g Nudeln, wenn du mehr Portionen machen möchtest. Full recipe below!<3 The simplest, most delicious bread ever — my mom’s famous white bread. It’s honestly the easiest bread I’ve ever made and I can guarantee anybody you make this for will love you for it. Makes 2 loafs (this recipe can easily be doubled to make more loafs) INGREDIENTS -5 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour, spooned and leveled, or weighed (715g) -2.5 cups (590g water) -1 Tbsp yeast (11g)* see note -1/4 cup (55g) honey or sugar -1/3 cup olive oil (see note for other oil options) -2 tsp salt (14g) NOTES: If using active dry yeast, first combine water + yeast + honey/sugar, & let rest for 5-10 mins until bubbly. Then mix it in along with the rest of your ingredients. You can use your favorite EVOO or dark olive oil for this. Or, you can use avocado oil, canola oil, or any neutral oil. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. If using instant yeast, combine all ingredients in a bowl (see note above if using active dry yeast). Mix well. Cover & let rest until doubled in size. If your house is cold, put the dough somewhere slightly warm. It will take about 1-2 hours to double, but depends on your house temp. 2. Once dough is risen, you can divide and pour straight into an oiled loaf pan, or dump it onto a floured surface & roll it up before putting it into well oiled loaf pans. Note that the dough will be sticky!! 3. Cover loaf pans with a towel & let rise while the oven is heating up, for about 30 minutes or until dough is just a little more light and risen. If your house is cold right now then let it rise a little longer, but honestly this bread is very forgiving and it will be good no matter what in my opinion. 4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and you can start to smell it. Let rest at least 5 minutes before cutting into it, then enjoy! ✨ Chimichurri steak bean dense salad is officially in rotation 🥩🫘✨ I’ve been saving all my recipes in ReciMe lately so I don’t lose them in my camera roll anymore. You can pull recipes straight from social media, keep everything organized, and even get a grocery list from it. Low-key changed how I cook during the week. Recipe below 👇 Ingredients 1. 1 steak (any cut you like) 2. Cajun seasoning 3. Salt & pepper 4. ½ cup olive oil 5. ½ cup peach vinegar 6. Juice of 1 whole lemon 7. 2 tbsp honey 8. 3 garlic cloves, minced 9. 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for sauce) 10. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (for sauce) 11. Kinder’s The Blend seasoning 12. 1 whole bunch parsley, chopped 13. 1 whole bunch cilantro, chopped 14. 1 container baby tomatoes 15. 1 jar roasted red peppers (in oil), drained & sliced 16. Mozzarella pearls 17. 1 shallot, thinly sliced 18. 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed 19. 1 (15 oz) can white northern beans, drained & rinsed Instructions 1. Season steak generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook to your preferred doneness, then let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. 2. While the steak cooks, make the chimichurri dressing by whisking together olive oil, peach vinegar, lemon juice, honey, garlic, parsley, cilantro, and Kinder’s The Blend. Let it sit so the flavors come together. 3. Prep the salad ingredients: halve the baby tomatoes, slice the roasted red peppers, thinly slice the shallot, and roughly chop the parsley and cilantro. 4. In a large bowl, add the garbanzo beans, white beans, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, mozzarella pearls, shallot, parsley, and cilantro. 5. Pour the chimichurri dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated. 6. Slice the rested steak and place it over the salad. You can freeze them and cook them straight from frozen it only takes 15 mins at 350° in the oven since the meat is so thin.
