The doors to my running program, Run with Turia, are officially open (for the final time this year!).
RUN is a flexible, doable, online program that I designed for Mums (though you don’t need to be a Mum to join!) of all levels of fitness.
Whether you haven’t run since high school, or whether you’re looking for a program to be accountable to, or whether you’ve never run at all, there’s a space for you with us.
I’ll show you how to make running actually doable. Seriously - even if you think you don’t look, feel or act like a “runner”, my process will meet you where you are right now and show you what step to take next.
And I’ll give you access to all the support and resources you need to make this program stick, AND introduce you the coolest, funniest, most beautiful group of women on the planet in the process.
