Tight Hip Flexors are a PAIN! I did a poll a few weeks ago and MOST of you said you don’t stretch regularly 😬 I get it! I need to stretch more, too! So let’s do it together. This progression is quick & so effective. I’ve put these in a specific order to first warm-up the muscles, then to gradually get more intense with the stretches as the hip flexors open up. Follow this: 1. Leg swings 2. Hip opening rolls 3. Kneeling hip stretch 4. Butterfly 5. Front laying heel to booty 6. Pigeon 7. Laying hip opener 8. Elevated lunge stretch Hold each for about 30 seconds.
