CHSuper Green Pasta
Simple, seasonal, nutritious and delicious!
Made it on @morning this week and it went down a treat
pasta sauce is packed full of the good stuff and it’s so easy to make!
For extra protein I sometimes add leftover shredded chicken.
Full recipe below. Get it saved and get it made 👇🏼
1 bag of spinach
1 clove garlic
50g grated Parmesan
5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 can cannellini beans (option to stir the other 1/2 can of beans to the finished dish)
250g rigatoni
Method :
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions in boiling salted water
Meanwhile cook the spinach or kale with clove of garlic in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, remove to a blender with a splash of the water, cheese beans and oil. Blitz to a bright green purée - season to taste and loose with oil and water if needed
Add the sauce to a frying pan, add the cooked pasta with a little of the cooking water
Toss together, add the remaining beans if using them
Serve with cracked black pepper
