The knee cannot handle this extreme rotational torque, and the ACL snaps. • The Lateral Meniscus Crush: The exact moment the ACL tears, the joint loses its stabilizer and subluxates (shifts). The femur violently slides backward and crushes the back of the lateral meniscus like a mortar and pestle. 🧠 2. Why did it fail? It’s not because the muscles were weak. It’s because the brain’s ‘Motor Control’ was 0.1 seconds too late, likely due to fatigue. • ❌ Hip Lock Failure: The moment the foot hit the ground, the glutes failed to lock the pelvis horizontally.
