Want soft, chewy boba every time? Here’s the easy method:
1️⃣ Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil (use at least 4x the volume of the pearls).
2️⃣ Add the tapioca pearls and stir gently so they don’t stick.
3️⃣ Reduce the heat to medium-low and let them simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4️⃣ Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water (or place them in a bowl of cold water, then drain).
5️⃣ For extra flavour, soak the pearls in sugar syrup or honey.
💡 Tips:
• Use a large pot - the pearls expand as they cook.
• Stir gently while cooking to prevent sticking.
• If you’re not using them straight away, keep them in a little sugar syrup so they stay soft.
