Watch my daughter kill it for her first track time travels for her school!! My baby placed had the second fastest time in the 200m and placed top 6 out of 20+ athletes in the 100m dash! My baby got invited to their first invitational , She is the anchor for the 4x200m relay and will be running the 200m this weekend ! My baby is going to be special man and I’m geeked and ready to see her do her thing! To see her prosper in everything she does and seeing her work ethic and mindset to want to be great is everything I dreamed of!😍
A lot of small technical things to work on but for this to be her first time every putting track spikes on and running track and I was impressed and got me excited to show yal the beast I’m about to build in the lab! Multi sport athlete like her daddy making her name known and presence felt in everything she does! There’s NOTHING we can’t do My favorite athlete forever going to be your biggest fan LA’NIYA BENNETT remember the name, SPEED! ⭐️🔥

I was surprised by the break in intervals after 6H in semis and 7H in final (and in heats where she ran a 12.40 AR), after reviewing the films, it seems the reason is @ihurdle_33.0inches appeared to touch down closer to the hurdle and was in position to take off too far from the next one (elite hurdlers tend to come too close!), meaning she was she is still had to adjust to her new find step frequency. No other woman had recorded 0.91 interval, let alone twice in a row. Several other hurdlers had 0.93, but no 0.92 to the best of my knowledge with proper hurdles TD timing.
Amusan is opening new territory in woman’s hurdling, and proves that sub 12 is definitely possible, as @ken_aye_ and @jcamachoquinn have suggested in recent years. I can’t wait to analyse the other races with all those PBs… All these with so-called middle distance shoes 😉
