VAHomemade Trail Mix🤌

Ingredients
Makhana – 2 cups
Murmura (rice puffs) – 1½ cups
Pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 2 tbsp
Almonds – 2 tbsp, chopped
Cashews – 2 tbsp, chopped
Black raisins – 2 tbsp (optional)
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 3–4, finely chopped
Dry coconut slices – 6–7 (optional)
Flax seeds – 4 tbsp
Curry leaves – 15–20
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Spices
Black salt – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste(as chaat masala have also salt so don’t add extra salt)
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – to taste
Optional Add-on
Peanuts – 4 tbsp

Method
1. Add all ingredients to the air fryer basket.
2. Drizzle ghee and mix extremely well so everything is evenly coated.
3. Place the air fryer tray/rack above the basket (helps prevent light ingredients from flying).
4. Air fry at 160°C for 10 minutes, stirring every 3–4 minutes for even roasting.
5. Let it cool completely, then store in an airtight container.

1. Mixing well before air frying is key to even roasting.
2. Always let the mix cool fully before storing — it becomes extra crunchy.
3. Adjust chilli & chaat masala as per taste.
