ANThank you to all our friends and family who came out to support Talithas 🏀 senior night 🎉 celebration!! She’s always been super outgoing, fun, chatty, and resilient.
Saturday night we were overwhelmed with all the love 💕 people showed to her by coming and giving lei 🌺 and bringing their entire Ohana to watch. Mahalo nui!
She’s already gotten into Utah Tech, University of Utah 🙌🏽, and University of Oregon with some sizable scholarships but she’s still deciding. She won’t be playing sports but will be studying law 📚 and had a lot of practice at home arguing and pitching her cases to me.
Thank you to everyone for loving her as much as we do 🥰

One of my favorite ways to build strength, explosiveness and speed
When you put the weight vest on, your body needs to work harder to be explosive and move fast. You also have to work even harder to maintain good posture and timing
Once you take it off you feel like you’re flying!
Try to move ad fast and aggressively as you can with the weight vest on, to move even faster when it’s off!
Disclaimer: please do not put a weight vest on a very young pitcher or a pitcher who has not mastered the mechanics yet!

AN9 languages 🌎🎵 ; Did you know my upcoming music will contain the first transcription of nature that uniquely resembles the work of 19th-century classical composers???
We began the Research in 2021 alongside Dr Roger Hale from Utah Tech after discovering the first nature fragment transcription by accident running into a program.
For a thesis to meet the rigorous standards of academic acceptance, the process requires extensive testing and the development of advanced computational programs.
Whilst we have successfully reproduced the sound and gathered evidence of its validity, the underlying mechanisms of the creation of such connection remain elusive and requires further research.
Life often surprises us with impeccable turns. Embracing the unpredictable and appreciating the beauty of transformation has been instrumental in this endeavor.
I firmly believe that by staying open to the constant change and fully engaged with the moment we ensure no day is lived in vain.
