IT’S Nature. It gets us every month.
I’m talking about that time of the month ladies!😀
So many of us do not even climb the scale during our journey when it’s that time of the month because of the hormones. (I understand)!
But I have to show up, and this is the result-Fluctuations! (Very normal)
Then, for those of us who do get on the scale, and may not understand why the fluctuations are happening, we say - I’m ending it here!
Let my weigh ins show you that, it’s not awkward to get an increase and we will get to our finish line- no matter what goes on.
