CASome of the best times of my life have been over in the States - for work and for play. From the moment I had my first job interview for MTV on Times Square in the early 90s I knew it was the place for me - which was lucky as the next couple of decades saw me there many weeks each year. Both my kids are MTV babies. If you’d told me back then there’d be a day I’d be willing to pay not to come, I wouldn’t have believed you. But that day is now.
