A cozy mystery filled with lots of comedy about a set of twins who own a chicken-themed food truck. Querying this manuscript has been going well, with great feedback. I'm closing out 2022 with three new full requests, two revision requests, an agent zoom call, and an editor phone call. I also won second place in a writing contest for unpublished manuscripts. So, I decided to buy myself a stuffed chicken as my writing mascot. I named her Teriyaki. Only my kids have fallen just as much in love and now I think I've lost my chicken. 🐔 No matter where you're at in your writing journey, I hope you celebrate the highs and the lows. Regardless of the path you choose, remember, you're accomplishing something awesome! You're writing a book! Even if things don't always go the way you would like them to, be proud of yourself. I’m proud of you!
