MEI tried a new class at @acacrva in Shortpump called, Body Attack. Listen, it was 30 minutes of non-stop (well limited stops) cardio and strength (lunges, burpees, squats, jump squats-😩). I like my workouts quick and dirty, but I wasn’t ready. It’s high energy and highly effective! I would definitely do it again.
