We’re excited to announce the successful completion of the Social Inclusion and Equity Cup, a joint Debate Tournament by American Space Dushanbe and Acted!
On November 30, participants gathered to discuss key global issues like poverty eradication, gender equality, decent work, and reducing inequalities using the British Parliamentary Format (BPF).
The event highlighted the power of dialogue in building a fairer, more inclusive society.

I am raw #honest person. I am who I am. Will speak my mind, i like to resolve things. I dont like to hold grudges, I prefer to clear misunderstandings. I dont like complications. I rather resolve. #communication is a must. I believe and speak from #heart
They say #listentoyourheart #listentoyoursoul & I do that, often getting me into trouble, bc sometimes I cross others boundaries. Not to hurt them of course, my intensions are if I care, I care ( there is no question about it) & i fight for what I care for.
Once I stop caring, well then… mostly I care.
As adult I am@working on detachment. Still working. But i only have few left. Very few. Maybe god is giving me the strength, by my #actions & others to slowly #detach from everything. It is okay, i believe that is what peace is. #peacewithin sometimes you get it with what you wants & other times after enough hurt, you slowly realize your value & then it happens automatically, maybe. 🤔
Anything gained by force and not willingly will always bring unhappiness. When something is given from heart ❤️, is what lasts. You might want something, but if it is not coming from heart, you might as well not have it.
The thing is in this life time, you can only control your actions, so be the best version of yourself. Remember this is your journey alone. People come, people go. What lasts is YOU alone & maybe 🤔 a dog 😂😃😀. Well in sincerity nothing beats dogs. 🐕
