Ultra-processed meat isn’t real food. It’s a mix of low-grade trimmings, additives, preservatives, and flavor chemicals, designed for shelf life, not health. When food is this far removed from its natural state, contamination after cooking, poor handling, and microbial growth become far more likely, especially in warm, moist environments. Homemade toothpaste recipe: 1 tsp coconut oil ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp food-grade hydrogen peroxide (3%, not 35%) 3 drops cinnamon, clove, peppermint or oregano EO How to use: Mix into a paste and brush as normal. I oil pull for 10 minutes with coconut oil every morning before brushing. 2.) Mouthwash Most commercial mouthwashes contain alcohol, artificial dyes, and sweeteners that dry the mouth and disrupt the oral microbiome. A dry, acidic mouth is the perfect environment for harmful bacteria to thrive.
